Interview with Psychic Medium Renee Buck. Renee and Liz discuss how Renee first became a medium, which began when Renee kept dreaming things that came true, such as details of a class she ended up taking. Renee shares an amazing reading she received when was in her 40’s, from a medium who brought in her brother who had passed when they were both kids. When questioned by Liz, she explains why she thought that medium was genuine, and how that experience, along with her prophetic dreams, caused her to become a medium. Most amazing was a completely “laws of the universe defying” series of signs she received from her brother, that had so many layers, from a medium predicting it, to marbles appearing out of thin air, to the sign revealing a shocking prediction about her family that she did not learn until a few years later.
With a Masters in Science - M.S. Management from MIT Sloan School of Management, Renee is incredibly smart (in a traditional, material world way) which makes it hard for those who are super skeptical to dismiss her experiences and assessment of them.

Liz and Psychic Medium Renee Buck met after the 2016 election of Donald Trump and both were devastated.
When Liz introduces Renee, she explains she is certified through science based testing by the Forever Family Foundation. They discuss that they met in 2016 at a Forever Family Foundation event, right after the 2016 election when Donald Trump won. They were both furious and devastated.
Liz comments that while they knew Trump was a disaster, had no idea it would get so bad during his term, that the entire country would be quarantined.
Renee was patient with Liz’s skeptical questions
Liz shares that she bombarded Renee with question after question, while Renee remained patient. Liz also did a past-life regression with Renee, and took a class on developing mediumship abilities.
How does someone know they are a psychic medium?
Liz asks Renee how she knew she had abilities in the first place? Renee explains that she never thought she had abilities, but began having dreams that seemed to predict the future. She went to a spiritualist church to see if anyone could explain her prophetic dreams. Renee explains that a spiritualist church is based on spiritualism, which is a science, philosophy, and religion. While spiritualists do believe in god, they also are very open-minded, think that anyone can communicate directly with spirits and their loved ones. They also believe in energy healing and are open to all forms of spiritual teaching.
Dreams that predict the future.
Renee shares some of her prophetic dreams. In her 20s she began to have dreams about her life that would end up coming true later on. She had this dream her first night in Tokyo when she was headed to Okinawa to teach English on a one year program. But on her first night she had a dream oh herself on Japan in a small office with about five other people she had never met. This dream was exceptionally vivid, and then two years later this dream came true when she took a job there and then the exact scene from her dream played out. This happened again with another dream she had related to business school. She even recognized the exact people from her dreams.
Liz comments that this changes our whole understanding of the definition and flow of time.
Renee wonders who’s communicating this information to her, how is this coming to her. This brings up the whole question of pre-destiny versus freewill. When we have prophetic dreams, does that mean that everything before us is already determined? When we have prophetic dreams, does that mean that everything before us is already determined? Or do we have choices.
Then as these prophetic dreams continued, the time between the dram and the the actual event got shorter and shorter. Eventually they would be happening simultaneously. Renee would dream about things that were happening in another place that she didn’t know was happening at that time.
Remote Viewing?
Liz wonders though, especially once the dreams start getting closer to the actual event, could it be remote viewing? It could also be psychic. She knows Renee interpreted it as coming from spirit, but that is not the only interpretation. And Renee agrees it really could be anything. How do you know?
Renee also had a dream in which she met her spirit guide who let her know not to worry, he was there. She dreams about him again and he lets her know he is not going anywhere. He is with her. Renee really wanted to know what was going on with these dreams. Especially the ones where she got evidence and they came true.
Getting a medium reading.
Renee goes to a spiritualist church to see if she can learn what is going on. At her first time attending she gets an amazing reading from a medium she had never met. It was her first medium reading, and the medium brings in her brother who had died at age 14 when Renee was 12. She described him in detail as well as details of the accident in which he passed away. Liz clarifies that Renee had not booked the reading or given the medium (or the spirituals church) her name and information. She had not. The medium could not have googled her. Renee was in her 40’s and the medium brought up details from this accident many years ago, as well as got that this young boy was Renee’s brother, not a son.
The medium, named Nancy Strickland, also got some information that related to how Renee’s mom had responded to the accident which Renee did not recognize. However, she checked with her mom and her mom related. She had been carrying tremendous guilt for years over something that was not her fault. Renee’s mom found the message that Renee shared with her profoundly healing.
Medium classes and workshops.
Renee returned to the church and told the medium about her prophetic dreams that were coming true. Nancy Strickland (the medium) invited Renee to join her classes to develop her abilities as a medium, which Renee at first turned down, never thinking she herself had abilities. But she decided to try and joined Nancy’s weekly mediumship circle.
Renee shocked herself when she was able to bring accurate information in for the other people in the circle. Nancy then brought the mysterious man in Renee’s dream in one night (the one Renee now knows is a spirit guide). Nancy described him exactly and let Renee know he was her spirit guide.
Liz makes sure to ask and confirm Renee had never described him to Nancy. She had not. She only said this mysterious man had promised to be there.
Spirit Guides
Liz asks so what exactly is a spirit guide? Renee explains that we all have a group of guides. These are beings, who aren’t in bodies, who agreed to watch over us before we came to earth in this body. They are a kind of spiritual mentor and they know who we are supposed to meet in this lifetime, what our goals are, and they nudge us towards what our purpose is. They do what they can to enhance that gut feeling. Liz wonders if they are people who had lived before. Maybe our great great grandparents? Or were they always guides. Renee thinks both. Once we are on The Other Side, after many lifetimes, we too can become guides. Sometimes those guides may have had lifetimes with us on earth or possibly other places. Or they may have remained on the other side and act as our, as our teachers.
Renee understand that her guide named Brown Bear had a lifetime with her in the 1500’s where they lived as indigenous people. Liz wants to know how she knows this.
Automatic Writing
Renee believes she got this information through automatic writing. When she was developing her medium abilities, one of the things she tried was automatic writing. This is when you go into a mediation, “tap into spirit,” you have a pen in hand and just write. It can be like the spirits take over and are writing through you. Liz wonders if it has to be a pen. Can you use your phone or a laptop? Renee lets her know anything you write with would work. But Liz then wonders, if spirits from different times would come in based on what they wrote with when they were alive. Maybe if you want to talk to your great grandfather, they're probably more comfortable with a pen and paper than on a smart phone. If you want to reach someone who passed recently and was young, maybe your phone is best, Liz wonders. Renee agrees this is a good question, but does not know.
Renee explains that if you get evidence you can look up then it helps show it was not just her subconscious during automatic writing. Liz asks like google or public records and details about a person who died?
Renee describes more details of the experience of automatic writing. What does it feel like? How do you do it exactly. It isn’t easy the very first time you doit, and it takes some time to build up the skill. She describes the details of the exercise and experience when she got the information on her guide, Brown Bear. Renee asked how they knew one another. She doesn’t remember exactly what it was, but she had written it down, and she didn’t know what he described about the place they had lived. She googled it, and it was true. That was a good piece of evidence.

Renee then shares the most amazing sign she got from her brother. Essentially he manifested? apported? somehow made many marbles show up in her house out of nowhere. Renee describes the amazing story of how she discovered one marble after another, and a family secret she eventually learned that the marbles were hinting at. Liz can’t deny this is one of the most amazing and evidential stories she has ever heard. Renee and Liz agree it is really exciting when you get a physical sign like this!
